This is a challenging role within an international business. You will have successfully delivered complex and large scale global transformation programmes as a Business Change Manager, and have an in-depth understanding and demonstrable evidence of change methodologies.
Experience in all aspects of stakeholder management is essential as well as proven experience of creation and delivering effective internal communications.
We are also looking for someone who has a clear understanding of operating model components which would include Design, People Management and Development, Process Design and Planning.
