Sara specialises in providing contract, interim and project solutions across the technology and business change & transformation market. Sara partners with our clients to understand their challenges and offer consultative and high quality solutions to help drive significant projects or satisfy a critical skills gap through the provision of experienced programme/ project leadership and delivery professionals.

Sara has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, both locally and overseas, having worked in Australia for a significant period in senior leadership roles predominantly with a prominent global recruitment firm. Operating at Director-level, Sara has managed multiple teams, functions and P&L’s and can empathise with the challenges our clients and candidates face.

Sara has delivered search assignments, quick turnaround roles and multiple hires for clients across a range of industry sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Energy, FMCG and Professional Services. As the Account Manager for several large, complex, matrix-based clients and having worked as the Recruitment Manager for one of the UK’s largest banks, Sara is extremely delivery focused and understands the need for speed and agility when operating in the interim market.
