Sara specialises in providing contract, interim and project solutions across the technology and business change & transformation market. Sara partners with our clients to understand their challenges and offer consultative and high quality solutions to help drive significant projects or satisfy a critical skills gap through the provision of experienced programme/ project leadership and delivery professionals.

Sara has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, both locally and overseas, having worked in Australia for a significant period in senior leadership roles predominantly with a prominent global recruitment firm. Operating at Director-level, Sara has managed multiple teams, functions and P&L’s and can empathise with the challenges our clients and candidates face.

Sara has delivered search assignments, quick turnaround roles and multiple hires for clients across a range of industry sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Energy, FMCG and Professional Services. As the Account Manager for several large, complex, matrix-based clients and having worked as the Recruitment Manager for one of the UK’s largest banks, Sara is extremely delivery focused and understands the need for speed and agility when operating in the interim market.

Angela McCann has over 18 years specialist search and selection experience and has developed an outstanding reputation for recruiting Senior Manager, Executive and Board Level Professionals.

She has broad experience as a search professional and a proven track record of delivering a high quality search and selection service to both public and private companies in the UK and internationally.

Angela can provide solution led advice on talent acquisition and career pathing for both decision makers and individuals.

She believes in a partnership approach to recruitment, ensuring a detailed understanding of employer/jobseeker requirements and delivering a bespoke service underpinned by professionalism, pragmatism and strong market knowledge.

Outside of work and family Angela loves to travel and enjoys many sports. In particular, she loves to enjoy the great outdoors and has recently conquered the mighty Mount Kilimanjaro.

In 2019 Jemma joined the Livingston James Group working in the Sales Support Team assisting all the brands within the group.

Having recently relocated to Glasgow from Aberdeen, Jemma brings over 6 years administration experience in both the recruitment and oil & gas sector.
In her previous role Jemma was responsible for managing the administration team and acting as the key interface between the team and other teams within the business.

Outside of work, enjoys travelling and finding the best pizza restaurants in any city!
